Meditation Offering

 

Dear Souls,

It is time to become. It is time to unfold and become all that you are. Do this with a pure heart, a clear mind, and focused intention. To attain this purity, clarity, and focus, practice the meditation.

To begin the meditation select a quiet place, sit comfortably. You may choose to close your eyes.

Breathe through your nostrils. Take a slow easy breath in, hold it, then, exhale through your nostrils. Do this a few times.

Focus on the rocking motion of your body which naturally occurs with the rhythm of your breathing.

Now attend to the feeling of the air on your nostrils as the breath enters, and attend as you exhale. Feel the temperature of the air. It is cool on the inhale and warmer on the exhale.

Think only of your breath, feel your breath. The gentle rocking of your body is nurturing and loving to the soul. A stillness will surface from within your being. Continue to focus on your breath for as long as you are comfortable.

The meditation has begun. It is simple. Your unfolding has begun. It is simple.

There are other techniques and skills for the meditation. The tool you have with you at all times is your breath. Focusing on the breath it is all you need. As time goes on I will send more ideas your way. Breathe.
