Sessions are available by appointment, most insurance accepted. Office location is in South Miami, Florida. I became aware of the art of Meditation in the early 1970s. As time has progressed I have grown to realize the power of focused thought which comes to me while in a state of meditative calm. In a state of focused concentration which I call meditation I have been able to hear my "calling." I have been "called" to teach and to heal, and when I heed that "call" the way is provided. I have been given the words to a book called Dear Soul. It began as a response to the illness of someone with whom I had little contact and with whom direct and clear communication was, I felt, beyond me. Even though I was "called" to reach out to her in a significant way I knew the only way to communicate the message which I felt was right for this individual, was to do so anonymously. I began the meditation, to find the way to respond to the "call." Within a few days I awoke, at about 2:30AM one morning, from a deep sleep and feeling compelled to rush to my computer, I began to type. The message was uplifting and inspiring. My typing speed was faster than I had ever experienced. The message poured out of my heart from the beginning, to the middle and end, with no editorial pause or need for corrections. Upon completing the body of the work, which I have since realized was only the beginning, I automatically typed "end part one." Upon proofreading I was surprised to find that while I thought I had opened with the name of my relative, I had actually typed "Dear Soul." That was the commencement of a work intended for many souls, For twenty-eight days between 2:00 and 3:00 am I awoke, rushed to my computer and rapidly typed without type O's a Dear Soul essay. At the end of twenty-eight days I continues to get the essays at different times during the day, some days several would come through, other days one. Over time I have published two volumes of Dear Soul, the third one is being edited and a fourth is still coming through. The words have never stopped and the joy continues to enrich my life beyond description. A few of the essays were specifically sent to my relative, she still does not know from whom the anonymous Dear Souls come, but her health is good and the love and light continue to flow. The Book, Dear Soul is for everyone it has become an instrument for living life with clear intention it guides us in remembering our truth, who we are, how to actualize what we want, and remember the wonderful spirit, soul, being that we all have always been, but just forgot. Some essays are of a prophetic nature, some exploratory, some teach us how to orderly reframe the chaos of our daily lives, all of the essays communicate a loving and nurturing energy to the Dear Sweet Souls to whom it is written. I will share Dear Soul entries with you on a regular basis at this site, as well as thoughts for the day and meditations, perhaps at other links. At times I will send inspirational as well as educational material you way. If just one of you receives only a small portion of the joy this work continues to give to me then my job is done, and my calling has been answered. I have come to shine my light and to remind you of your own bright beautiful light. In love and light I open my heart and offer my gifts to you and your loved ones. Dear Soul is a collection of spiritually inspired essays leading one to find true SELF amid the confusing distractions of daily life. This is our task in this life. Shirsoul
